RSVP
The RSVP Manager allows you to manage all your wedding guests in one place! This takes out a lot of the stress and hassle of managing your guest responses as it allows your guest to register on your website and then accept or decline their invitations.
Not only do you have the information stored in one place but you can also download the Guest List as a report into Excel format!
To use the RSVP Manager you will need to :
1) Add Events for your Wedding (ie Wedding, Stag Night, Hen Night)
2) Add Guests and select which events they are invited to
3) Send out the paper invitation to your guests including a unique password for each family which will then give them access to your website
4) Wait for your Wedding Guests to login to the website and respond to your invite.
RSVP Manager - Events
The first step to using your online RSVP Manager is to add your Wedding Events. It may be that you only have the one Wedding Event - the actual Wedding, but you can have up to 5 different events, each with their own Guest List.

To start adding events you should go to the RSVP Manager and click on the 'Add Event' Button where you will be able to fill in the details for that event.
Once you have added all the events for your Wedding you can then add your Guest List.
RSVP - Guest List
Guests should be grouped according to the invitations that you send out - ie families should be together. This is so each family will have their own unique password which they will then need to enter onto your website to update their wedding invitation.

Click on the 'Add Guests' button from the RSVP Manager homepage and you will then be able to add your guests. You can add upto 10 people per family/ invite.
The following screenshot shows how 4 wedding guests are being added to your invitation list. The example shows that 3 events have been added to the website (Wedding/ Stag Do/ Hen Night).
If you add the email address then that person will automatically be added to your website Email List.

Once you have entered your guests and selected the events they are invited to you should then press 'Save'. You will then get a notification that says the guests have been added to your site and a unique password has been generated for them. It is important that you send this password to the Guest when you post their Wedding invitation.

TIP : You can download your Guest List together with the unique passwords once you have finished adding all your guests.
RSVP Manager - Reports
Once you have added your Events and your Guests to the RSVP Manager you can then view the reports and download your Guest List in Spread Sheet format.
The main RSVP Manager will list your events together with the number of people who have accepted( ), declined( ) or not yet responded( ) to their wedding invitation.


To view the complete Guest List click on the 'View Guest List' button from the main RSVP Page. This will then list all your Wedding Guests and the events that they have been invited to.

To view the passwords issued for each of the Guests click on the 'View Passwords' button. For security purposes you will need to re-enter your website password before you can access this page.
