The RSVP Manager is one of the most popular features of Wedding Edit as it allows for your guests to login to your website and reply to your Wedding Invitation.
You can add your wedding and up to 4 other wedding events to the website. This means that as well as getting responses for your actual wedding you can also get them for any other wedding events you have such as :
- Stag / Hen Night
- Reception
Once you have added your Wedding events to your website you can then add your guests, specifying for each guest which events they are invited to. Guests are grouped according to families with each family having an automatically generated password.

After you have added your guests you will be able to download and print off your guest list which contains the password for each family. This password should be sent to the Guests with their Wedding Invite allowing them to then login to your website and accept/ decline your invitation.
The following image shows how easy it is to see how many guests have accepted your invitation with a green image showing how many people have accepted. Guests can also specify their dietry requirements such as if they are diabetic!
Your wedding guest list is managed in the one place so you will always know how many people are coming to your Wedding!
You can then download your complete guest list to Excel and easily see who is coming to each of your wedding events.
